Due to policies in certain regions where our regular courier service is not available, we may use alternative courier service providers to deliver your purchase.

VAT & Duty
All prices and payments made on our website are tax-excluded. We do not charge or ask for any additional taxes or surcharges beyond what is displayed on your payment page. However, upon arrival at your address, local Customs authorities in some countries or regions may occasionally charge VAT or Duty based on the purchase value. We do not guarantee this and all costs should be paid by the buyer.
Return
You may use this Return form to apply for returns. All returns must be reported and made within ten (10) days of receiving the item. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels attached, and boxes.
After receiving an RMA number and return address, securely package the item in its original packaging and mail your return to the provided address. We will cover the return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return.
Refund
Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from receipt of your item for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
