You can purchase your items online and ship them directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free on some orders. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order, for an additional fee. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.

1. If you are not satisfied when you receive your item, please return it within 30 days for a replacement or money back. Please fill in the form RETURN here, or simply contact us by email email@example.com
2. Defective items MUST BE reported and returned to us within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number.
3. Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer.
4. 1:1 replacement for any defective products shipped by Glorink.
5. For any problem/damage out from user's usage of Glorink's product, for example, on customer's production, Glorink does the utmost assistant to user. However, because temperature, humidity, machine wearing and mishandling etc., could factor in the damage, Glorink's liability shall be limited to the worth of the user/customer's purchase at Glorink.
